Here are some points you should keep in mind to carry out your process clearly and satisfactorily:
- The total number of sessions is valid for a maximum period of 30 days and is counted from the first training session. This period is considered a cycle and with each new cycle start, a new payment is generated. The sessions that are not taken in this period are lost.
- Workouts will last between 20 minutes and 60 minutes. (depends on what is agreed with you)
- Payment is in advance and once the cycle has started and depends on the case, a refund of the cycle`s time that remains could be made. however, bank transfer fees will not be reimbursed and a percentage of administrative tasks (20%).
- In the first cycle, there is a period of 2 weeks (14 days) of guarantee, where if you are not satisfied with the service we will return 100% of your money, without questions.
- If for any reason, there is a need for absence, your 30-day cycle can be frozen for a maximum of 1 week, having the possibility of doing this once a cycle. There is also the possibility that the sessions in said period of absence are carried out without supervision with training plans provided by ELX Workout by written or audiovisual means. This is so that your process and progress are affected as little as possible.
- If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled training, notify at least 2 hours in advance so that it can be rescheduled, otherwise, the session will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled.
- Punctuality is vital to be able to carry out the training sessions satisfactorily, however, if for some reason you cannot connect at the agreed time, the coach will give you a period of 15 minutes for the arrival taking into account that only the time remaining in the session; after this period the session will be considered taken.
- If at any time you wish to share your program with someone else, keep in mind that the possibility of carrying it out will be evaluated beforehand (The coaches will be the ones to decide if this can be done or not and it will depend on factors such as the current physical condition of each one, present medical conditions, and furthermore). If possible, both people will get a discount that will be applied to the amount of the total value. However, in order to access the benefit of the shared program discount, both people must be available to do the sessions at the same time.
- Users who take shared training programs where 2 people participate, must always train at the same time, in the event that one of the two cannot train, both users must agree if the training is rescheduled for another day, or if, on the contrary, one of them take the workout while the other misses that day's training
